CUSTOM SKI BOOT FITTING & ORTHOTICS IN LONDON

Our London location is at 104–106 Waterford Road in Fulham — the only Surefoot location in the United Kingdom. We serve London's ski community, fitting boots for trips to Val d'Isère, Verbier, Courchevel, and beyond.

London skiers tend to be annual regulars at top European resorts. Getting fitted before the season — rather than in a rental shop at the mountain — is the professional approach. We're here for it.

Your fitting starts with a 538-point foot scan. Your fitter recommends custom orthotics and foam-injected liners based on your feet and skiing. These are fitting options; your fitter will explain what each adds. A one-person custom boot fitting takes a little over an hour.

The Fitting

WHAT TO EXPECT

Orthotic Scan

A 3D imager and pressure-sensitive digitizer scan your feet at 538 points, giving your fitter a detailed picture of your foot shape.

Assessment

Your fitter evaluates your skiing history, ability, build, and goals. Combined with your scan data, they select the optimal boot from over 100 models across every major brand.

Fabrication

If you choose custom orthotics, a three-axis CAD/CAM mill shapes EVA blanks from your foot scan. Each orthotic is finished and hand-trimmed in the store while you try on shells.

Custom Liner

If you choose custom liners, memory foam is injected while you stand in the boots. It solidifies around your feet in about five minutes.

Hit the Mountain

Walk out and ski. No break-in period. Adjustments are free for the lifetime of your boots. This guarantee does not cover the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.

Our Conforma insoles can be ordered online in four arch profiles, and if you've already been scanned at a Surefoot location, you can order custom orthotics online anytime. New customers can get a full custom fitting at any of our locations.
