Everything sold online — shoes, insoles, and accessories — is covered by the Surefoot 30-day wear test. Wear them. Walk in them. If they're not right, return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fees, no questions asked.
Surefoot shoes bundled with custom orthotics are included: the 30-day wear test covers them too.
Custom ski boots, custom liners, and custom orthotics are built for one pair of feet: yours. Because they can't be restocked or resold, custom products are not covered by a return policy. Instead, every custom product is covered by the Absolute Fit Guarantee: if you are not completely satisfied, we will repair or replace your custom work at our discretion, at no expense to you. The guarantee does not cover natural material breakdown from extended use.
