Online orders — the 30-day wear test

Online shoes, ready-to-wear insoles and accessories are covered by the Surefoot 30-day wear test, subject to the custom-product and gift-card exceptions below. Wear them. Walk in them. If they're not right, return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fees, no questions asked.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return arrives.

Surefoot shoes bundled with custom orthotics are included: the 30-day wear test covers them too.

Custom products — the Absolute Fit Guarantee

Custom ski boots, custom liners, and custom orthotics are built for one pair of feet: yours. Because they can't be restocked or resold, custom products are not covered by a return policy. Instead, every custom product is covered by the Absolute Fit Guarantee: if you are not completely satisfied, we will repair or replace your custom work at our discretion, at no expense to you. The guarantee does not cover natural material breakdown from extended use.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
