Surefoot texts

Surefoot texts is our text-message program. When you check the "Also send me texts" box on surefoot.com and give your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and service text messages from Surefoot at that number: marketing messages about sales and new products, and service messages such as follow-ups after a fitting.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never need to sign up for texts to buy from Surefoot.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that. Replying END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT works too, or email info@surefoot.com. To rejoin, sign up again on surefoot.com.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email info@surefoot.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who can sign up

Surefoot texts are available to US mobile numbers.

Privacy

We never sell your mobile number or your text-message opt-in, and we never share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. The only companies that receive them are the service providers that deliver our messages. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
