CUSTOM SKI BOOT FITTING IN KEYSTONE

Our Keystone location is in the River Run Village base area, right at the gondola base. Keystone is known for its extensive night skiing and family-friendly terrain — we make sure every skier in the group is dialed in before the first run.

The same process that made Surefoot the largest-volume custom ski boot retailer in North America is available right here in Keystone: a 538-point foot scan, custom orthotic milled on-site, and a foam-injected liner molded to your exact foot shape. Most fittings take 45–60 minutes. You leave with boots you can ski the same day — no break-in period.

We've fit everyone from first-day beginners to FIS World Cup racers to guests who thought their skiing days were over until we got them into the right boot. Walk-in appointments are available when space permits, but we recommend booking ahead during peak season.

WHAT TO EXPECT

01
Orthotic Scan
A 3D imager maps your foot in 538 precise locations, building a detailed topographic model. Your data is sent directly to our on-site fabrication machine.
02
Assessment
Your fitter evaluates your skiing history, ability, build, and goals. Combined with your scan data, they select the optimal boot from over 100 models across every major brand.
03
Fabrication
A three-axis CAD/CAM mill shapes raw EVA blanks to your exact measurements. The orthotic is sealed and hand-trimmed for precise alignment inside your boot — while you wait.
04
Custom Liner
You step into the boots while a technician injects gel-like memory foam into the liner shell. Within minutes it solidifies — a liner molded to your foot and only your foot.
05
Hit the Mountain
Walk out and ski. No break-in period. Free follow-up adjustments for the life of the boot — we stand behind every fit.
