How do I choose my arch height?
Take the 45-second arch test to find your low, medium or high profile. If you already know your arch, choose it directly above. Stretta offers medium-arch support in a narrower shape.
What's the difference between Medio and Stretta?
Both have a medium arch. Stretta has a narrower heel, midfoot and forefoot for narrow feet and lower-volume footwear. Choose by your foot and shoe fit. Men's and women's buttons only change the size labels.
What if I wear a half size?
Conforma comes in full sizes that fit the half size above. A size 8 insole fits a size 8–8.5 shoe. Select men's or women's US sizing to see the matching sizes.
Do I remove the insole already in my shoe?
Yes. Remove the factory insole before inserting Conforma. It replaces your stock insole; it doesn't sit on top. For narrower shoes, consider Stretta if you have a medium arch.
Is Conforma custom-made for me?
Conforma is an over-the-counter insole: you choose a ready-to-wear, pre-molded profile to match your arch height. For an orthotic precision-milled from a scan of your own foot, choose full custom.
Can I return them after wearing them?
