Most insoles force a choice: rigid and supportive, or soft and flexible. Conforma refuses the tradeoff. Its anatomic arch is shaped from the average foot position of 3.5 million+ foot scans — so the platform supports your arch where support is needed, and gets out of the way everywhere else.

The flex grooves aren't cosmetic. They're cut at the exact joints your foot bends at, so the insole flexes with your gait instead of fighting it. Traditional orthotics use a three-quarter-length shank — stiff, unmoving, and miserable at a dead run. Conforma eliminates the shank entirely.

Yes. You'll want to remove the factory insole from your shoe before you insert Conforma. Conforma is built to replace the stock insole, not sit on top of it.
